Kaqi: seizing opportunities, mobilising energy
The name Kaqi comes from two ideas that describe what we bring, how we work and what we know.
Kairos: “seizing opportunities”
In Greek mythology, Kairos is the god of the opportune moment, while Chronos is the god of passing time. He is shown as a man with a thick lock of hair that can be seized and caught.
In any transformation or mobilisation project, timing matters. There are “windows of opportunity” and “favourable alignments” that need to be spotted and used to increase your gains. Opening your project to its environment, helping you keep up its pace, and our responsiveness are part of the value we add.
Qi: “mobilising energy”
In Eastern thought, “qi” expresses inner energy. In traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and acupressure (like Western osteopathy) aim to balance and, where needed, restore the flow of inner energy. In Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese martial arts, mobilising “qi” is at the heart of inner balance and expressed power.
Our work aims both to diagnose the dysfunctions and/or weaknesses of your team, organisation or project, and to restore and strengthen its harmonious, effective and powerful functioning, through a global, systemic approach.
Six principles for action
Our approach to transformation and mobilisation projects centres on human dynamics. It is a systemic approach that takes into account the many parameters of your project and your team: organisational factors, personal motivations, interactions between individuals and between organisations, company policies, technical, financial or legal constraints…
For each situation, we design and build with you a tailor-made approach, suited to your challenges, your personality, your context and your means. Yet certain principles for action, which reflect our convictions and expertise, run through all our work.

Acting in uncertainty
Moving forward without waiting for every answer
Your situations are complex: sometimes technically, always humanly. Rather than trying to control everything, we help you adopt adaptive ways of working that bring out solutions your teams stand behind.

Sharing out roles
Clear roles, even without a reporting line
In a matrix organisation or between partners, the question is not “who is the boss?” but “how do we work better together?”. We help you share out roles so that every talent is mobilised, for the long term.

Setting the pace
A project that no longer gets lost among emergencies
A stalling project is often one drowned among other priorities. We help you give it a rhythm through regular milestones (stages, sprints, high points) that keep your teams and partners committed.

Building ownership
A project your teams carry as their own
A project succeeds when all stakeholders share its goals. Our involvement stays light: we mobilise your allies and you stay in charge. The project remains yours, and it holds after we leave.

Easing transformations
From intention to action, without forcing
Between deciding to change and actually changing, the gap is often wide. Without forced dynamics or manipulation, we support your teams, making room for cohesion and for ownership, while keeping delivery on pace.

Alternating individual and collective
A strong team where everyone finds their place
A collective project also thrives on individual energy. We run collective moments that bring people together and strengthen synergies, and we support each person in finding their place and making their contribution.
We share our expertise, ease complex situations and speed up your projects.
But we will not take your place!
